Job Description

Contract Modification


Collect and check the required documents for contract modification

Perform the contract modification in the operating system to ensure accurate and timely processing

Collaborate internally with other departments to make related contract changes in operating system within timeline and ensure the changes are compliance with credit approval.

Contract Closing and Documents management


Collect necessary documents and perform contract closing process in system.

To manage settlement documents in and out and put all legal documents in order as VFAC’s policy and procedure.

To arrange the legal documents scan, sort out electron file and audit to documents warehouse.

Other Responsibilities


Regular / Adhoc reports preparation and reconciliation

Assist in other areas as required


Main competence requirements

Bachelor degree

2+ years’ experience in operation and documentation experience in finance company or related industry

Ability to multi-task and work independently

Self-motivation, excellent communication skill and strong problem-solving skill

Basic MS office skill, especial for excel skill

Excellent English with speaking, writing and reading
